Smart quiz targeting: exclude past responders from training schedules
We’ve added a new scheduling option to give you finer control over who receives your climate training quizzes. When setting up a training schedule or batch assignment, admins can now choose whether to send the quiz to all employees or restrict it only to those who have not yet completed that specific quiz in any past cycle.
This simple checkbox on the "Set your team's training schedule" form eliminates redundant quiz emails for returning employees, keeps your team's inboxes clean, and ensures training reminders reach only those who still need them.
