Overview
As part of measuring your Greenhouse Gas Emission Report (BEGES, Bilan d'Émission de Gaz à Effet de Serre), Greenly sends automatic emails to the employees listed on the platform. Sometimes these emails are wrongly filed as spam or promotional/junk mail. This article explains how your employees and IT team can whitelist Greenly's sender addresses and domains so every email lands in the inbox.
Before you start
Before whitelisting, check the spam or junk folder for any Greenly emails that may have been filtered incorrectly.
Sender addresses and domains to whitelist
Ask your employees and IT team to whitelist the following sender addresses:

And the following domains:greenly.earthgreenly.tech
Whitelisting in Gmail
Add Greenly to your contacts
Move the email from the "Promotions" tab to the "Primary" tab
Whitelisting in Outlook
Navigate to "Junk Email"
Add Greenly to approved senders
Mark the email as "Not Junk" (or "legitimate mail")
