👉 As part of measuring your Greenhouse Gas Emission Report (BEGES, Bilan d'Émission de Gaz à Effet de Serre), Greenly sends automatic emails to the employees listed on the platform:
Employee Survey, necessary for the accurate measurement of your BEGES
Monthly climate training email
Sometimes, our emails are cataloged as spam or promotional/junk mail. To avoid this and to receive Greenly's carbon survey and training emails, your employees need to whitelist the Greenly sender addresses.
Before whitelisting, ensure to check the spam or junk folder for any Greenly emails that may have been filtered incorrectly

For Gmail
Add Greenly to your contacts
Move the email from the “Promotions” tab to the “Primary” tab
For Outlook
Navigate to “Junk Email”
Add Greenly to approved senders
Mark the email as “Not Junk” (or "legitimate mail")
