Data Quality: last step to your GHG Report

S
Written by Support

Once you have finished to import data, you must check the quality of the data before being able to process your GHG report.

This validation step is essential to ensure your dataset is accurate and reliable.
After completing (or skipping) all tasks related to data import, you’ll see a final mandatory step on the project dashboard: “Review data quality & Finalize GHG assessment.”
If any activity module is still incomplete, you won’t be able to start the quality check.
You can access this step here: Data → Data Quality.

1. Review and improve your data The Data Quality page helps you detect and fix issues in your data collection through a series of validation checks. You’ll see a list of checks to review. For each check, open it and read the following sections:

  • Description

  • How to do this check?

  • Warnings
For each situation, you have two options:

  1. Review: if something is missing or incorrect and you need to update your data.

  2. Dismiss: if the situation is expected for your company. You’ll be asked to explain why.
Once you have addressed all checks, you can click Next.

2. Final confirmation

The final checks require your approval to finalize the GHG assessment. Unlike the previous checks (which focus on identifying and fixing potential errors), these ones focus on key emission sources and uncertainties. You’ll review them to confirm your company is comfortable with the current level of accuracy.
For each item, you’ll have two options:

  1. Review my emissions: if you disagree with the data and want to make changes.

  2. Go to approval: if you approve the result.
After all items are approved, click Next to request your report.
If you have any questions, you can leave a comment or contact the Support team directly from the platform.
