Raising your coworkers' awareness of climate change-related issues is essential to put fighting climate change at the heart of your company's mission and ensure your reduction actions will gain momentum. This is why employee training is a key step in your climate strategy.
To validate this step, you can either launch the Greenly employee training quizzes or use a similar initiative you already have in place. Internal initiatives will be accepted after a review of their content and frequency: please send the necessary information to your account manager.

The basic subscription to the Greenly platform includes a climate training program. This program consists of a series of interactive, monthly quizzes generated over a year. The average duration of the monthly quiz is 10 minutes.
👉 This program aims to better understand the causes and consequences of climate change by offering an analysis of greenhouse gas emissions in main business sectors. Each quiz also includes a reduction strategy.

The training quiz is available on the dedicated platform for your employees. When you entered their email on the platform, they received an access email asking them to answer the employee survey.
The platform dedicated to your employees has a tab dedicated to training, where they can access the different quizzes.
You can see the level of advancement and the number of people who have already answered each of the quizzes through the platform.

Yes, it is possible to add new employees so they can receive the training, even if the Employee Survey module has already been completed.
However, please note that the new employees should be added without sending them the employee survey, as the survey phase is already completed. Adding them afterwards may also impact the displayed survey completion rate, since the employee list is updated, but it should not impact the emissions calculation as long as they do not complete the survey.
If you have multiple reporting years, we recommend adding the new employee to year + 1 and scheduling a new training campaign there.
However, if your GHG assessment has already been completed, it is no longer possible to add new employees to the completed year, as their employee survey emissions would change and impact the overall GHG emissions.

Yes. Employee training campaigns are annual, which means that if an employee is included in your campaign in both year 1 and year 2, they will receive the training email again for the new campaign.
Their previous training results are kept and taken into account across the years, so you can continue tracking participation over time.

No. Each training quiz link is personal and assigned to a specific employee.
Employees should not share their link with colleagues, as any answer submitted through that link will be registered under the employee it was originally assigned to. To ensure accurate tracking, each employee should use the individual link they received by email.
