Which data should be included in your data collection file?

General information
The aim of this module is to calculate the impact of your company’s Product purchases during the studied year. The temporal scope of the study is the financial year of your GHG Report.
⚠️ To be processed by Greenly, the data provided must be in French 🇫🇷 or English 🇬🇧

🎯 The data collection file contains two type of data: mandatory and optional data

  • Mandatory data: It is the minimum necessary data to calculate the amount of CO2e related to this regulatory entry’s activities → Without it, no emissions can be computed.

  • Optional data: any additional data will increase the quality and granularity of the analysis, and provide you various areas of analysis.

[TO BE POPULATED IF RELEVANT]
[Provide the name of the columns that are often wrongly populated as well as any specific information that could help avoid the mistake next time]

  • Column 1: [TO BE COMPLETED]

  • Column 2: [TO BE COMPLETED]

Advanced module

- < span underline="true">< strong> Column 1</strong></span>**:** Unitary Weight AND Quantity
- Always write with one point for the decimal: 65700.50 → Correct
- Numbers such as 65700.50 (Sixty Five Thousand Seven Hundred point Fifty) written in the following manner can lead to mistake during the processing:
 - 65, 700, 50
 - 65.700, 50
 - 65.700.50< br>
- < span underline="true">< strong> Column 2</strong></span>**:** Unit
- If you include non-mass units, we'll need to make assumptions about the items, resulting in less precise calculations. However, if these are the only units you have available, they're better than nothing. Mass units (kg, mt, short ton, LBS) need to be prioritized
