Stay informed about your data collection responsibilities through automated email alerts. Understanding how the platform notifies you ensures that no tasks are missed and your ESG reporting stays on schedule.
Receive Weekly Summary Reminders
To keep your reporting campaign moving, the platform automatically dispatches a consolidated recap email every Monday morning. This email summarizes all pending actions required to complete your workflow, tailored specifically to your assigned role.
Project Manager Reminders
As a Project Manager, your weekly email focuses on project scoping and task delegation. The notification highlights the exact number of applicable datapoints that are not assigned yet. You must log in to the platform and assign Owners to these pending indicators to ensure the collection process continues.
Owner Reminders
As a Data Owner, your weekly email serves as a strict task list for your data entry. It tells you exactly how many datapoints are not completed yet or have been sent back with a need changes status. You must use this prompt to log in, fill out the empty forms, and address any Validator feedback.
Validator Reminders
As a Validator, your weekly email summarizes your pending quality control queue. The notification calculates how many completed datapoints are currently waiting for your review. You must access the platform to either approve these answers or send them back to the Owner for correction.
Track Action-Based Alerts
In addition to the weekly Monday recaps, the platform triggers event-based notifications to Owners and Validators. You receive these alerts whenever a change occurs on the specific datapoints you are assigned to.
This system ensures seamless communication between data enterers and reviewers without requiring external messaging apps. You will receive an action-based email alert when any of the following events occur:
Status changes: A user clicks a button to change the workflow status (e.g., from in progress to completed).
Data updates: A user updates a text answer or numerical value inside the datapoint form.
Evidence uploads: A user attaches a new file within the Add Document section of the form.
Tip: You can click the direct hyperlink provided inside any notification email to immediately open that exact datapoint form within your browser.
