Which data should be included in your data collection file?
General information
The aim of this module is to calculate the impact of your company’s physical advertising during the studied year. The temporal scope of the study is the financial year of your GHG Report.
⚠️ To be processed by Greenly, the data provided must be in French 🇫🇷 or English 🇬🇧
You can find your module’s data collection file by clicking on the module > Tab “2. Data collection” > “Bulk import - via template”
🎯Type of data expected-Print: You should provide the name of the campaign, the format (size, is it outdoor or in a magazine/newspaper), the number of prints. For the magazine/newspaper format, you must also precise if the campaign was in color or black/white, and if the print was recto-verso.
DOOH: You should provide the name of the campaign, the total number of spots, the duration of one spot (s), and the region of diffusion of the campaign.
TV/Radio: You should provide the name of the campaign, the type (TV or Radio), the total number of spots, the duration of one spot (s), and the region of diffusion of the campaign.
For DOOH, TV and Radio campaigns, an estimated total number of diffusion spot can be accepted if you don't have the exact number (based, for example, on the budget of your campaign).
How to upload your data to the Greenly platform?
To upload your data, click on the corresponding task on the Progress page or go to Data > Data Collection > Physical Advertising 1/ It’s an advanced module so you will need to import your data through the Greenly template by clicking on "Bulk import". The template is downloaded in the same language as the platform. When using it, we ask you to fill the English one with English data and the French one with French data. You can always download the other language on the READ ME page of the template.
Import your data in the section “Upload file”. You can also provide additional files to prove or support the data you’re submitting—for traceability and auditability, in the section “File Information (optional)” 2/ Once your data uploaded, click on**“Submit for analysis”**. An analyst will review it and complete the module.
If you do not have the necessary information to complete this module, you can click on "Skip” at the top right of the page.
Frequent errors in data format
General information
For a TV/Radio spot, clients giving the number of times the ad is displayed on a channel (like 2 times per hour), and not the total number of spots (so 2 times per 1 000 000 of telespectators)
